mRNA-Seq

mRNA-Seq focused on sequencing the messenger RNA (mRNA) in a sample. mRNA molecules are the transcripts produced from DNA that serve as templates for protein synthesis in cells. By sequencing these molecules, mRNA-Seq provides a snapshot of the gene expression profile of a cell or tissue, indicating which genes are active and to what extent.

Total RNA-Seq

Total RNA-Seq aims to capture and sequence all RNA molecules present in a sample, regardless of their type or size. Unlike targeted RNA-Seq methods, total RNA-Seq provides a holistic view of the transcriptome, including both coding and non-coding RNAs.

Ultra-Low Input RNA-Seq
