mRNA-Seq

mRNA-Seq focused on sequencing the messenger RNA (mRNA) in a sample. mRNA molecules are the transcripts produced from DNA that serve as templates for protein synthesis in cells. By sequencing these molecules, mRNA-Seq provides a snapshot of the gene expression profile of a cell or tissue, indicating which genes are active and to what extent.

Ultra-Low Input RNA-Seq

Single Cell RNA-Seq

Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) is a powerful genomic analysis technique that allows researchers to study the gene expression profiles of individual cells, providing a high-resolution view of cellular differences. Unlike traditional RNA sequencing methods, which average gene expression across millions of cells, scRNA-Seq analyzes the transcriptome at the single-cell level, revealing the heterogeneity within tissues, organs, or cultures that would be invisible in bulk RNA-Seq data.
